So I have this WD external hard drive and I have been using it for my ps4 only. One day it just said "cannot use this device". Now every time I try and connect it, the ps4 recognizes it, but says that it can’t use it as an extended hard drive because either smaller than 250mb or bigger than 8tb or it’s not usb 3.0 or higher, or that it is not directly connected to the ps4. My hard drive is 4tb, the wire is 3.0 and it’s dirctly connected to the ps4. I have tried everything that I’ve seen on the internet but nothing works. Any ideas?

PS4 Pro HDMI Display Issues
So I just got my PS4 Pro, and for some reason every time I turn it on it wont display on my TV unless I swap it to a different HDMI port. It does this every time I turn it on, is this a problem with my TV or with my PS4? I should also note that I did not have this issue with my PS4 or PS4 Slim on the same TV.

Can anybody help me with this error.I press the error code in support but it doesn't appear nothing at all.How can i solve this problem??.I changed my Password but nothing changed.It says. Problem with PS4
So i bought ps4 in America and transported it to Europe. In America it worked without problems, but in Europe it doesnt show any display on monitor. The only difference is that i use adapter plug in so i can plug it to EU outlet and my ***** TV. I think it could be my TV, but we played friend's PS4 on this TV before. I tried safe booting but its not displaying anything. TV just blinks from light dark to dark black every 2 seconds.
Any help would be appreciated.

Recovering deleted user data
I played RE7 demo beginning hour and wanted to save data so when i played full game my 'reward' would transfer over. It wouldnt let me save as i am user 2 and asked me to sign in. Tried signing in but said cannot use another log in. Unsure why as we have one ps4 and share it so user 1 and user 2.simples! Anyway couldnt sign it so thought i had to create new account log in but thought this was just email and password and would keep my user 2 info. So got new id and then checked original Account which only showed user 1. My user 2 name and data HAS ALL GONE! I (eventually) spoke to playstation on the phone and was told to delete new account, which i did. But my user 2 details still not there. I managed to log back in to new account but this only shows the demo and nothing else. So all my stuff has gone! User 1 data there but mine has gone as my user has disappeared. I dont have ps plus or usb or external drive.just wanted to save to ps4 system which doesnt seem unreasonable does it?
Can i recover my original user 2 data on original account?
If so, how?
Really annoyed that all my stuff may be lost when just wanted to save one bit of data!

downloading PS4 free games
Can anyone help. My 12 year old son is using my PS4 parent account, as when we bought Fortnite he was 11 and
could not play this in his sub account since it was a 12 year old game. He is now 12 but I understand gameplay
cannot be transferred to his sub account so he has to keep using my parent account to play this. Is there anyway I can stop him from downloading free games in my parent account or at least apply an age restriction in my parent
account? I do receive emails on all activity on my parent account but it would be good to set some restrictions.

Update 5.55 ERROR Code E-80180202
I have tried everything, I downloaded all three download options for the the playstation 5.55 system software update, the i tried to intilize and restart my playstation. I thought I was Finally going to get to use my playstation again until this error came and said "Cannot access system storage"
I've tried everything but no use, I just wanted to play with my closest friend while he was here for vacation.
Any Suggestions?

I didn’t get my v bucks on Fortnite
I purchased some V bucks on my PS4 with my PayPal account awhile back and
got error messages after purchasing, telling me it's not working and to try
again later. I did try again later many times just to get the same
error message again and again. Then I checked my bank account recently to
find out all those purchases went through and money got deducted from my
account and I still don't have my V bucks please help.

Gift Card Code Ripped Off
Recently I bought a Playstation gift card from 7-11 and when I went to peel off the code a lot of the code was unreadable. I have a picture of both the receipt and the back and front of the gift card.
Is there anyone I can contact that would be able to tell me the code of the gift card?

Uploading videos to Facebook
I try to upload it my video. It says its uploaded and i get no error but the video never showed upon my page. i tried it on YouTube and it worked. why not Facebook?

Remote Play recaptcha Doesn't load
Recently i got ps4 remote play on my computer again and its not working at all. When i go to sign in i try to check mark the reCaptcha but it never loads. no matter what i do it doesn't load I've tried restarting the app, restarting my pc, reinstalling it nothing is working. Whenever i press it it just constantly loops and never loads making it impossible to use remote play. In the past I've used this and its worked perfectly fine now its just not working.

Won't let me change my name, profile picture, etc
When I go into account management, then account information, then profile, The only options that are available to me are Avatar, About Me, and My Languages. I have 2 other accounts linked to my PS4 and they both have the options to change their name and profile picture, but I don't. I even went on the Playstation app to try and change them but it still gave me the same 3 options. Someone please help me with my problem

Update 5.55
I've never damaged my playstation over the last few years of having it and I've never had any issues up until a month ago where upon launching the playstion it displayed the message that I needed to connect a USB device with update file 5.55 for reinstallation. I did this following the instructions however I was displayed the error code CE-34788-0. So I initialised my playstation however it happened again so I did a full initialisation for over 1 hour to get the code CE-34697-9, I've never experienced this before and have no idea what to do.

External HDD says its not connected.
I've just moved house, have been using an 8Tb external HDD for a few months and all my games are saved on there, upon setting the PS4 up in my new flat it is telling me there is no USB storage device connected despite the light coming on the HDD when connected and my laptop can detect it, I have tried rebuilding the database on PS4 and all this did was got rid of all the icons, the only way I can play games is by installing them to the internal hard drive.

Acceleration on games
I have an issue with games using the acceleration. I cannot accelerate on any game (im guessing). I guess this bc when i play fortnite & i hop into the car (golf cart), i cannot accelerate, i can only go on reverse & same goes with Dirt 4. I just bought this game from the playstation store yesterday, left it downloading overnight & started playing it today. The same issue applies though, i cannot accelerate & i can only reverse. Im thinking its something with the settings on the playstation bc its not the controller, the controller works perfectly fine. Also, on both games, it says to press R2 to accelerate, nothing happens when i press the button. I need help to resolve this issue.

Sims 4 Cats and Dogs Pre-order Download Issue
I'm having trouble trying to download this. It's showing it's available on the Main menu but says it still needs to be downloaded. I've tried restarting my ps4, closing the game and even deleting some of the games in my library. Nothing is working. I've seen a couple people commenting on a forum like this that have said it's been resolved and working for them, but it's not for me. I went to the information list under options (start button) and it shows a lock on the left side of the expansion pack name. I own every other DLC for sims 4 and never had an issue. It was supposed to have been available for download on July 31rst.
