Ok, so I have purchased a code for.1,100 COD points and redeemed the code on my PS4 and yet the COD points havent appeared on my.game after it being over 12 hours. Any help?

Lost Save File Bloodborne
I had a game save where I finished the game, the trophies still shows on my ps4 but I can't view the save file in cloud, I want to play the DLC but I don't want to start the game from the 0, is there a work around for this problem?

Left Analog Stutter Issue
So i've had my PS4 Pro for under a year - already when pressing up the left analog stick causes the player in Bloodborne and Dark Souls 3 to stutter diagonally both directions.. it looks ridiculous and totally ruins the games. It happens in all games but most noticeable in these, my favourite games.
Is this covered in warranty? i haven't been rough with the controller at all. It might sound trivial but it's actually making them not enjoyable.

Power off/power on
Right so over the last few days I’ve been having a problem where when I turn it off it stays on the pulsing white light. I found that you can hold the off button for a period of time until it turns off. My problem is when I go to turn it on again after a while the screen shows a “cannot start PS4” I then have to do the whole update thing with the USB stick which works fine. But I lose everything it totally restarts the Consol. The first time it happened wasnt the greatest thing to happen but to have to do this every time I turn the thing off is getting ridiculous. It’s happened a third time now and I feel to just give up with it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Psvr no display
I got the old psvr headset which was working fine till last night n suddenly no display since morning . No settings changed. I tried bypassing the extender. The breakout box seems fine cos it lights up promptly n I can see the display on the monitor but nothing through the headset . The inline power button does turn the box on but there is no display at all or lights. I tried everything people online suggested. Any help would be appreciated. The firmware is updated too.

New HDD PS4 Won’t Install Update From USB
I have changed my hard drive to 1tb but now it won’t install update I keep getting error SU-30650-4

Download stops halfway and i cant continue it. There is a pause symbol
I tried restarting the ps4 putting it into rest mode deleting stuff for storage but nothing helped. Ps: its only on cd games not digital ones

Can't change input language
So I added a language to my input languages because I want to be able to use it. But when I try to switch from English to Korean when on the keyboard the button doesn't appear. I even changed my system language to Korean but the keyboard is still in English without the button to change the language. Is there something I'm missing

Will PS4 read ( play films etc ) 10 TB HDD?

I'm planning to buy a 10 TB external storage. Now I know that PS4 supports up to 8TB when you want to "extend your internal HDD, but will I be able to just play films and watch photos with 10 TB HDD? Will PS4 recognize it?

Issuse signing in after ver 5.55 (error nw-31194-8)
So, after the latest ps4 update that i finally got around to doing yesterday i started playing bo4 beta. I got around to doing it after a couple of hours trying to figure out why my account wasnt playing it,i made another one and it worked. Then today i just sign in and it instantly signs me out as soon as i join a party or a game. Leaving me with error nw311948. Ive tried everything with the mtu and dns settings that the internet said, nothing came out of it. Updating the latest firmware on my router is a nono because my isp are idiots and only do updates as a "whole" for all users, not for one. And thats about it, ive restarted my router my ps4 everything. Any kind of suggestions? Thanks

PS4Share fortnite game chat sound
For some reason when I'm playing fortnite and I use the share button to save a clip, when I go to the clip afterwards to watch it back i can't hear myself.
I can hear everyone else in the game chat but my own voice is too quiet. At first I thought my voice was muted but there was a bit in the video where I shouted and I could very faintly hear myself in the video but overall it just sounds muted.
My voice share is enabled and my microphone volume is fine as the people I'm playing with can hear me with no problems it's only an issue when I save the clip and then watch it back. Any idea on how to fix this?

Towerfall Dark World does not work
I bought the Towerfall Dark World expansion but every time I try to play it I get redirected to the ps store only to buy it again. I already deleted and reinstalled it but it still doesn't work. I've read that some update should have already fixed this but there is no update available. What can I do?

Bluetooth Antenna Model Numbers
Hi,
I'm trying to source a new Bluetooth antenna cable for my PS4. There are lots of versions out there, such as CUH-1100a, or a more modern version CUH-1216a, etc.
My PS4 is CUH-1003a. Do I have to use an antenna that matches that model, or could a more recent antenna model also work? It's incredibly hard to source the 1003a, and besides if a newer version could work better then there'd be no point. But I'm not sure if only the correct model number would work. Any information gratefully received.

So I’m charging my ps4 controller with a random usb plug
I put the usb plug in the slot for a regular charger, (the front of the ps4) and plugged it into my controller, does it still serve the same purpose as a regular charger? Or will it fry my controller? Help ASAP pleas
