This is kinda a stupid thing to complain about but for some reason I'm getting a bit OCD about it. Downloaded the deathinitive edition a week or two ago and noticed that a few in-game effects are gone that still showed up in other people's gameplay: all in-game blood is gone (except executions), as well as the rock splash/bloom effect from ground impact attacks. Dripping lava (the Ghorn boss in particular stood out) seemed to lack the detail it had in ps4 gameplay videos. Tried uninstalling and re-downloading already

Grey Screen of nothingness
Over the last couple of months I've started to get a grey screen when opening up games/apps. I'm unable to use the home button on the controller or anything else to close the game/app or even get back to the home screen. The only thing I've found so far that gets me out of the situation is by turning the power off completely via the front of the console.
I have a PS4 Pro and it's less than a year old. The problem is happening more and more frequently and I can't find anything that matches this problem in the support section. I'm trying to find a fix for it on here before trying to give them a call. I really want to try every avenue before my warranty runs out.

Playstation 4 Pro heat
Hello,
For several months now my Ps4Pro is very noisy, I think I bought it over a year ago. The noise is so loud that I have to turn the volume almost to the max, it's unbearable. Unplayable. I even think bad perfomances in some games are due to an issue with the console. And on top of it, the console is as hot as an oven. I mean, I put my hand on it and feel the heat but when I turn it off and unplug the hdmi cable the metal is almost burning. I am not kinding.
I never had a message saying that my console overheats or anything, I never had a weird crash or something like that, damaging or anything.
People say coolant stands are useless, so I don't know what to do. I already bought the ps4 pro because my 1st ps4 wouldn't read blurays anymore. I hope that something can be done. I support Sony since the PS1 and I hate Microsoft and don't wanna be pushed to them. Especially because of all the excellent exclusive games on ps4.

Microphone Issues
i can hear my friend but they cant hear me. we see my mic mov8ng but they dont hear me. i try the test i can hear myself so i know my mic working. i am using the original mic that came qith my ps4.

PS4 USB Headset mic make my voice robotic
I got a gaming headset yesterday, plug in to my PS4 usb port.
and i tested it my voice was weird, My mic making my voice and other sounds robotic.
Its not statics or buzzing, I think my gaming headset mic problem or my headset itself.
But after unplug my headset and plug it to my PC, it works perfectly without any problems.
Also I turned off microphone boost, restart my ps4 nothing fix my problem.
I'm using a very normal gaming headset (about 30$) and works ok on a pc.
please help.

"Une erreur est survenue" URGENT
Bonjour ,je suis sur PS4 , depuis maintenant 2 jours je n'arrive plus à allez sur le Playstation store et de me connecter a certain jeux.
Quand j'essaye d'allez sur le PS Store un message apparait : "Une erreur est survenue" avec comme seul réponse :"Ok" .
Enfin Les jeux qui refuse que je me connecte ou que je lance une partie sont : Overwatch , GTA V et Fortnite . Avec ce bug j ai décide de désinstaller Overwatch mais le probleme c'est que quand je veux le télécharger sa me fait patienter pendant des heures sans le télécharger .
A noter aussi que Overwatch et Fortnite sont acheter sur Playstation Store .

Great Wifi but slow ps4 download speeds
I would really like some guys. So i have a wifi with about 90mb/s download speed, and thats great isn't it? but sadly i think my god damn ps4 is broken in some way, if i download or update any game, it always takes about an hour to update while it takes about 10 min for my friends with slower wifi, what's the problem?

Unable to connect controller to console - possible console issue
Hi all,
So I am unable to connect my controllers to the console. I have tried resetting both controllers and console. tried various different techniques and various different cables but nothing works. I then tried my controller on a friends console and it worked fine which makes me think that it must be an issue with the console. Because I can't connect a controller I can't access any menus or settings so I'm a bit stuck as to what to do. Has anyone experienced this before or any ideas on how to fix it?

PS4 Pro major crash
recently my PS4 pro crashed while playing the Bradman 17 game then it would not reboot now I cannot access it at all have tried downloading update exactly how instructed onto a USB flash drive and the system does not recognise it at all just says update does not work and tells me to turn off PS4 any ideas at wits end here and I cannot access any part of the system even in safe mode

My playstation 4 wont start up I get to a screen telling me to download the newest update but every time i try with a flash drive it says no update can be found and when i go into protection mode to try a update using the internet connection it will try and then send me back to the first screen with no way of getting past is there anyone out there that can help me with this problem

Stuck in Safe Mode- Saying to Update System Software
My PS4 is in Safe Mode, and it's saying to plug in a USB with the update version 5.55 or higher on it. I have 5.55 on the USB, in the folder UPDATE. But when I plug it in, it says that the update file isn't working. What do I do?
