An error has occurred. (SU-30656-0)

Hello Everyone. 

 

I've been having this problem for over a year because I gave up after trying literally EVERYTHING to fix it, I tried the local store, they didn't have an answer, I tried following so many youtube videos, and so many other websites such as http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/PS4-Support/Updating-the-system-software-on-your-PS4/m-p/23441223 

 

Now that I'm trying to fix it once again, this error pops up (SU-30656-0) after trying to initialise PS4 through safe mode (option 7) and tried option 3.

I really do not know what to do with this error.

Is anyone experiencing this and if ever, did you get a solution?

2 dif ps4 same account ... where did my $ go?

My son has a ps4 at home and at his dad's. He received 2 gift cards at his dads and tried to redeem them but was prohibited bc he needed my info. Now that he is home he doesn't see his gift card $. i did recieve an email saying he added the $. Soooooo where the hell did it go lol? Is it just on his dad's ps4? The gift cards say they are used when we try to redeem them again. 

 

Pls help!

Software update 5.55 error

System software 5,55. I stardet my ps4 and the first thing I see was i must download update 5,55 from playstation.com, use an USB device, can I get any help?

Help!!! Accidentally deleted my account and can’t sign back in

Please help!!! I accidentally deleted the wrong account and can’t get back into it because both accounts had the same email address. Is there a way to sign in with username because that would help me a lot? If I try to log back into it, it just takes me to the undeleted account. All my saved data from my games was on there (the deleted account) is there any way I can get it back?? If I sign into PlayStation Network it takes me to the account I don’t want.

Hallo, ich habe mir eine PlayStation Guthaben Karte zugelegt. Als ich den Code eingegeben hatte kam der Fehlercode WC-40355-7. 

Nun ging ich zum Händler und tauschte diese um. Neue Karte neues Glück - selber Fehlercode. Bitte um Hilfe!

My bought PS4 in UAE and made his account UAE so he could play with friends from school. I bought USA PS store cards last summer in America.  When we enter gives code w403760,  product or content not available in your country.  We tried to use cards on UAE (Dubai)

account when there and did not work so i thought woukd work while in America but did not  

Does this mean i can never use these cards with our UAE account? Can i get them transfered.

Twitch veya Youtube olsun her ikisinde de canlı yayın yaptığımda görüntü pikselleşiyor ve ortaya çok kötü bir manzara çıkıyor.Sony destek hattı ile görüştüğümde bana port yönlendirmesi ile bu sorunun geçeceği söylendi fakat ona rağmen hala aynı sorun devam etmekte.Sizce ne yapmalıyım?

Keyboard Compatibility - Logitech G13

Good Day,

 

I am in desperate need of help getting my Logitech g13 to be compatible with my PS4 Pro. When plugged in, nothing happens, indicating the PS4 pro simply does not recognize it.

 

Research thus far led me to believe there was a driver compatibility issue, as the PS4 is made to only read HID compliant devices. That said, when my G13 is plugged into my PC, I used the device manager and was able to see my PC listed it as a Human Interface Device (compliant,) so I ruled that out. Notably, I found "Logitech Virtual Keyboard" listed under HID devices, and when I disabled that, as well as closed the Logitech gaming software, the G13 LCD screen no longer worked, leading me to believe the software plays a part in the functionality of it when plugged into the PC. The G13 did however come with onboard memory, which I set to generic. I do not care about the LCD screen when on a PS4 Pro, so that's a small price to pay.

 

I have also tried looking for an "adapter" of sorts. Further research on line led me to the purchase of a XIM 4, and a TITAN II, both of these solutions did not work. Although both were able to recognize my G13 and its settings, they seemed to act ONLY as a controller emulator when plugged into the PS4. I need my PS4 to recognize my keyboard as a keyboard. Are there any other type of pass-through devices that don't do any kind of emulation? It seems the G13 works fine, and there is some sort of software class. There is no USB hub of sorts with built in drivers to make other keyboards compatible?  I am desperate, as I spent a few hundred dollars between all the options ive tried. I currently have a Razer Orbweaver, however the device utilizes an 8-way switch instead of an analog, and I desperately need the analog.

 

I did locate a mod for an orbweaver that attached a PSvita stick, but I am no where near that technologically savy. I would love to purchase one should any one on the forums sell them though.

 

Any additional input or insight is greatly appreciated! Note that my PC is located right next to me PS4, if there is some program that would allow me to assign a USB port as outbound, and get a USB male to male from my PC to my PS4 pro, I am so desperate I would entertain that. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide

Character in game not moving after 5.55 update

I am unclear of what happened after the System Software 5.55 update, I can no longer move the characters in any of the games. They are either stuck, constant walking in circles, or stuck in some sort of loop. Now, I can get push the controller forward to make them run, but that is a challenge too. I am playing Assassins Creed Origins, or the new God of War, but will not even attempt to go back to my previous PS4 games thinking that it will not play at all. I started a new game and it's fine in the beginning, but if I stop the game and come back to it, the problem returns. Any suggestions?

All save data and applications deleted ?

So Yesterday I was trying to backup my  CONSOLE but I mistakenly selected the other option which was restore/initialize option . And now all my save data and applications are gone . I don't have PS Plus however I did have the 2 day trial few days ago .My trophies are still there as well as my video clips .I can also see the game progress.  People say that my data will be in the cloud storage . But I am not sure about it  ? I am devastated . 3 YEARS OF HARD WORK JUST GONE LIKE THAT !!!! Please TELL ME IF THERE IS ANY OTHER WAY TO GET ALL MY DATA BACK !

Hi,

I bought Jurassic world evolution today but it's not playable.

It takes me a very long time to get into the build menu because the buttons are not responding.

I saw several posts from players who had the same problem elsewhere on the web.

Can I get a refund? Or should I reinstall the game?

The Game itself looks very nice And I'd like to keep it, but I just can't play like this.

Internet Connection Problems

Hey,

I just wanted to have a quick game of fifa but then my ps4 said: ,,no internet connection“. 

So went into the settings and restart my WiFi and type in the passwort but then, I got a message wich said: ,,can't reach internet point while allowed time window" can somebody help me?

Why can't I get online on WW2 after 7pm UK time? I have no trouble during the day with game play but as soon as the new playlist update hits about 6.30 I have issues. I have reset the modem on several occasions however always check my network quality and it's always good. My router isn't far from my console when wireless and have even tried connecting via Lan still the same problems. Anyone have this issue or know what to do?
