Is the first time I am having troubles with my Playstation4 I currently downloaded the new update Version 4.74, after a few minutes of download I started to noticed that my Youtube wasn't loading (not that big of a deal right) I restarted the console and went back into the application once again but this time I was met with the Infamous "PLEASE WAIT" for 38 minutes NOTHING. I then deleted the application thinking It was hacked or something else, I tried going to the Playstation store and again "PLEASE WAIT" for 15 minutes NOTHING. I even tried logging out of both of my PS4's and it didn't even let me do that. I've turned them both back on and off and nothing I can still play games but not able to use any applications NOT EVEN NETFLIX (Yeah that's a huge problem how am I suppose to get some p...) Anyways PLEASE HELP is becoming more annoying then the bosses in Bloodborne. Thank you.
