I cant redeem my PS Plus 1 month trial from Destiny

I have recently purchased the Destiny The Taken King edition white console. When I made an account and signed in, I received a free 14 day trial for PS Plus. I used it and now that its expired, I wanted to redeem my 1 month trial that I received with the game. I entered the code correctly but I have gotten the error message: The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid.  What can I do?
