I have had this headset since last Christmas. It has worked perfectly all year but today I have an issue. The headset is set up in the same way as the user manual. For the headset to work properly, the Output to Headphones must be set to Chat Audio. But today, no sound comes from the headset on this setting. I changed it to all audio, and some sound comes out, but it fades in and out and is very quiet. Does anyone have a fix to this issue? I'm on PS4 Pro by the way, I don't know if that could make a difference.
Edit: I can hear sound when you are changing the Volume Control (Headphones) setting, but nothing else.
