Hi wondered if someone could help,... I've bought my son the destiny collection for Christmas and added the codes for the extra games extra but they will not download to the system. Could someone please advise if I've done anything wrong or a fix to get them to download. Once codes have been entered it just says these codes have been redeemed?.....
