I am having trouble with my ps4. When I try and start it a black screen pops up saying "checking system status, after check is complete ps4 will automatically restart". After the check is complete another screen pops up "Cannot start ps4. Connect controller using usb cable then hit ps button". After that, yet another black screen pops up telling me to connect a usb device with contaigning an update file. When I did that, following the instructions on the playstation website, it says the file doesnt work and tells me to install update file for reinstallation, which I have now done. I just plugged it in, following the instructions on the playstation website, but the installation is stuck on 99% and has been so for the past hours. What is wrong?
