My PS4 has been recently freezing and loosing Bluetooth connectivity and wifi connectivity all together when this happens I reboot it and it fixes the problem but it happens at least 2-3 times before it doesn't do it for a while I noticed it Happen after the last update!! Any ideas on what to do??? Or when a patch will be released to fix this??

Issues after update
Having issues where apps won't load after the 4.05 update, store etc won't even open or load at all. Says it's in maintenance, which doesn't make sense since it updated hours ago. Anyone else having issues?

Maybe consider running option 7 from safe mode to reflash the firmware, format the HDD and return the system to factory settings

PS4 keeps crashing on all games
My ps4 is out of warranty, had it since it came out, recently started crashing randomly on any game. Ive reinstalled the software via full initialisation but no luck. Would it be worth changing the hdd? I was quoted £150 for repairs which is pointless.

Ps4 pro keeps shutting off
Hello everyone, I recently purchased a pro and while I'm playing my pro will go to a blue screen as if it's going to crash and than goes back to the game, it does it 3 or so times than the system shuts off. I've Already returned 1 pro because of the same issue and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. The system is well ventilated, I put a 2tb seagate sata 2 drive in from my old ps4, I have a astro a50 connected and a camera as well, not sure if any of those could cause it. Any input would be greatly appreciated

Sony really fumbled on this one....
So. Here I am driving home $400 PS Pro in hand, happy as a kid in a candy store. Get home plug it in do a update to 4.05 and bam no more anything. So I search around online and find out that I have to configure some settings to fix this.... which okay that's fine but it should just plug and play. Now here I am after this my old PS4 won't transfer my data to my PRO. I've tried everything. I've tried wifi, I've tried Ethernet cables I just keep getting the same error that says it failed to connect to the network after the step of hitting the power button on my old ps4. That was last night so I wake up this morning at 9am eastern. 6am pacific only to find out the hours listed on SONYS own website which I will screenshot and post on here that says they open at 6 not 8-9 when you call in. I don't know about you guys but it seems to me we got ripped off on the pro. Sony needs to make this right for me especially for $400.

Unable to transfer saved data in USB to PS4
Hi,
I used multiple login id's for my ps4. Using my first login id i copied the saved game data to USB.
Unfortunately i had to delete my first login id from ps4 . Using my second login id i am unable to retrieve the data from USB.
However 
I will not be able to again login with my first login id.
Is there any possibility to copy the saved data using second login id ?

PS4 Pro Very slow Wi-Fi 5ghz
My Internet connection is 76 Mbps, my PC can get around 71 Mbps over 5ghz Wi-Fi and my mobile phone can get around 60 Mbps in the same room but my Pro only gets 5-7 Mbps. Switching it to 2.4ghz gets my Pro running around 10-15 Mbps but still nothing close to decent speeds. Downloading is taking forever.
I've done the normal port forwarding on my router but still no luck, any advise would be great.

Hi All!
Apart from Shadow of Mordor none of my games actually specify PS4 Pro or 4K updates in the patch notes, has anyone else noticed this?, i say this because i saw a youtuber with Skyrim and in the patch notes it mentioned specifically 4K and PS4 Pro, ive had my Pro since launch and yet to see any difference with any games apart from Shadow of Mordor.

I payed £11.99 for the Black Ops 3: Salvation DLC to get Revelations And we were charged for it. I waited about an hour and it hadn't downloaded so I went onto my Downloads to find it wasn't downloading. i looked on my Download history and it wasn't there. Please help or give us a refund.

HT-TX3 soundbar and PS4 PRO
Hi all, having spent more time than I should have, reading threads here and elsewhere, searching online and trial-and-erroring my set up, i am hoping someone here can help. I found out that my soundbar was only HDCP 1.4 capable (a sony soundbar model HT-TX1). So having tried all the safe mode shenanigans, I bit the bullet and bought a new soundbar (sony HT-TX3) which has both an input and output HDMI which are HDCP2.2 capable (says so on the box). However, having plugged my PS4 Pro into the new soundbar, and this then into my TV, my resolution is still saying "unsupported" for either resolution above 1080p. I can plug my PS4 Pro directly into my TV, and connect my TV to (either) soundbar and the problem is solved, but this causes cable management issues and having dropped £345 on the new soundbar, there's really no reason now not to return it. I've tried all ports, settings and hdmi cables to verify that there's not a ***** in the HDCP chain, but losing patience now. Can anyone provide help / guidance? Or been through anything similar with soundbars / receivers? TL;DR: new soundbar supports HDCP 2.2 but PS4 Pro says 4K resolution still unsupported.

Recording sound echo
Hey I've started using the record features for YouTube videos, i recently found out you could also record longer than 15 and also with your voice, heres my problem my voice is fine yet the ps4 seems to recording the in game speech too coursing it to echo\repeat whats been said a split second delay back, any remedy too this?
And no I'm picking up sound from tv as tv is muted all sounds come through my headset, it's only voices echoing too not bgm or gunfire etc, which is why i surmised the ps4 is recording games voices twice

Thinking of getting my sister to purchase a ps4 from America, can I play it in Australia without any difficulties/issues. If so please let me know what they are. i.e wont play dvd's/blu rays, different power cord/ power voltage/region codes/warranties and anything else. Really would be greatly appreciated. DS4 Controller Deactivate button
Hello,
I wanted to ask if it is possible to deactivate totally the R3 Button. I want to that because since an accident I have the problem that when I do a movement with my index finger my thumb also does a little movement. This does not cause any problems in my daily live but when playing a PS4 game like CoD or Battlefield. It happens very often that if I press the R2 button I often also press the R3 button, which causes some ingame issues to me. And because of the fact that every button is used in these games changing the assignement in the PS4 settings does not help.
Any ideas?
