Hi,
I was trying the browse other threads to find answer to my problem but I couldn't find anything so here I am asking for help.
I can't access my saved data in system storage. In the System Storage Management I can see the Saved Data occupies 1.83 GB, but when I enter only "There is no saved data." message greets me. Same happens within Application Saved Data Management when I choose Delete in Saved Data in System Management. However if I go to Saved Data in Online Storage and try to download to System Storage it is asking me if I want to overwrite the saved data because the data I chose exists on my System Storage.
When I bought PS4 at launch I upgraded its HDD straight away. I can't actually remember if I had the same problem at the start because everything was fine at the beginning and I had no reason to check Saved Data on my Storage System. So I can't tell if this problem started after a certain System Update. This issue became relevant for me when a game I played started to have problems saving game progresses. This game, namely Tropico 5 has a lot of auto-save files and I thought if I could delete some the problem goes away. That's when I discovered I can't see my saved data on my System Storage.
Occasionally I had system and application crashes dating back early 2014 and I checked the most recent ones and I always find this suggestion in the trouble shooting: if I upgraded the HDD I should put the original one back.
Does this mean everyone who was not happy with the storage capacity we were given and dared to upgrade should be doomed forever? What distincts Sony's HDD from other leading companies' HDD?
So can this issue be ironed out with later updates or is there any solution already?
Thanks for any reply.
