Block and unblock people

The other day, my boyfriend accidentally blocked me on PS4. I deleted him by a mistake, because I had a clean up on my firends list. And when he was going to send a new request he blocked me.

The beauty of the blocking is that you can always unblock them again when you want to, right? So, I've done the mistake- and I unblocked them again instantly. But for some reason he can not unblock me. He can not block other players or unblock other players.

I've logged on his account on my PS4 to try to fix it, I've logged in through my phone, iPad and on my computer. Now, nothing works- we keep getting an error code. And I've been searching everywhere to figure out what to do, and he has tried things, even talked to one guy on live chat.

Now, I do believe PSN can fix this issue, right? Because I sure hope you guys don't expect people to create a new account where they loose all data, everything they have worked hard to achieve and have to buy everything all over again. I mean, you do have a way to fix this? I do expect you to. He has and I have bought games and things through your store and it is saved on our accounts. I surely hope you don't expect us to use that amount of money again to get what we had... So, when can we expect this issue to be fixed?

I know we are not the only people here who has this issue, would be really nice of you to give your user's an update about this. I'll be less happy if you even dear to say it's not fixable- it is your system, you built it and whatever goes wrong can always be fixed. Right? Now, please, help me.

We play a lot of games together, we have the same friends and since we don't live together this is one of our communication ways. Being blocked makes it very difficult to be in the same party- it doesn't allow us. Please, help.
