PS4 randomly ejecting discs??

Hi everyone,

Hope you can help me out, my PS4 keeps ejecting discs by itself. It even tries to do it if there's no disc in it, either beeping 3 times or making the noise of trying to eject the disc. Anyone know if I can fix it?
