Sound BlasterX G1 USB Sound Card Issue

Hi to Everyone !

I have a randomly -no sound- issue from Sound BlasterX G1 when I login to the PS4 main menu, and I must Unplug and Replug the G1 to work it again.

There is no G1 in the PS4 Audio Device menu, but the G1 red "X" logo is lit.

Sometimes the restart is helping, randomly.

The PS4 system software is the latest, 4.01
I try the Reset to Defaults, and Rebulid database, but not helped.

The profile in the G1 is Generic ( PlayStation 4 ).

I allways fully shut down the PS4, newer use the Rest Mode.

Someone has similar experience? or use the SBX G1 with PS4?
It's an officially supported ( compatible ) PS4 device.

otherwise it is a very pro ( high quality ) stuff with big, clear sound.
( PC: 24/96 max, PS4: 16/44 only )
