15 hours ago, i got an email from sony about a voucher :
"Thank you for topping up more than $100 during our Ramadan promotion. As promised, here’s your voucher for $20 PlayStation®Store credit.
Head to PlayStation Store on the web or on your console to redeem your voucher"
i tried to redeem the code on their website and it didn't work, so i headed to my console (PS4) and tried to redeem it and it didn't work also.
the error message that i get is :
"The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid"
I only have 1 account (UAE) and i'm in the UAE so there is no change to the account country.
i searched the forums for a solution and didn't find anything useful.
