Hello. This is tricky.
I have a PS4 with 2 accounts, mine and my fiance. I buy all the games in my account and I'm also PS+ user, her account on the other hand is only for playing with her profile and not messing with my save games and trophies.
Here's the catch. We've been doing this since november 2015, when I bought the system and activated it.
However, for professional reasons I've been unable to even turn on the console because of travelling.
So, today I log in for the first time in a month, and for my surprise, I have to activate the console again. But it gets worse.
I logged into the PSN website and discover that there's already a PS4 activated, which was this very console I presume, and that I have to deactivate it in order to activate it again.
Not only that, but in my fiances' profile, the console is deactivated, so I had to activate it again. And again, it gets worse.
She can't play any game that I bought online because only my user hold a licence for that content.
So there's a lock on the image of the game and every time she tries to play, it says "Cannot use the content. Only the following players who hold a licence for that content can use it."
So I looked it up on the internet and people say that I have to activate my PS4 as primary.
But how am I supposed to do that? My system was already activated as Primary in both accounts and suddenly out of nowhere I have an unknown system that I do not possess as Primary.
How did this happen? How did someone deactivate a PS4 that they do not own? How am I supposed to deactivate a PS4 that I do not own and why did this happen? I mean, nobody has the key to my house and nobody other than me and my fiance lives here and we were both travelling. How did this happen and what am I supposed to do?
