My playstation 4 recently said that I needed to instal a usb drive with version 4.73 or later having tried for two days doing everything that playstation recommended, it didn't work. One of my friends told me they had the same problem and to initialise the PS4 so I did and I redownload ed everything. Then when I woke up my PS4 wouldn't come out of rest mode, I tried ejecting the disc to turn it on, and nothing worked, so I had to unplug the cable. Then when my PS4 was on, it had lots of lag, was being very slow and wouldn't start a game or eject a game. I then put it in safe mode to rebuild database then it came back and said I needed to get a usb drive with version 4.73, so I initialised my PS4 again and now it won't work at all. Please help.
