So ever since Saturday the 27th August 2016 I can no longer use network features I have contacted my internet provider and done a tracert scan on my computer but they said there is nothing wrong in their part and to contact Sony/PlayStation now I contacted the askplaystation Twitter and they tell me to go to the live support but when I click my region it brings me to the PlayStation.com home screen. I'm using my data to type this and it seems like my internet has been blacklisted or something because I can't load the page to sign in on my PCs using my internet all I get is a screen saying access denied and I don't have access to the link on my server (reason I contacted my internet provider first) I can't sign in on my ps4 either all I get is the error "WS37397-9" and all that is is the fact I can't connect to PlayStation now I've been trying to solve it for three days now and I'm getting pretty fed up can someone please help all ports to do with the ps4 are opened on my router and I've even reset my console to see if that would work now I'm left with nothing to play as I can't download my games again and all my friends and family that I play ps4 with have no clue what's going on either
