Anyone had an error ce-34878-0 in The Evil Within?

Yesterday had this error. Really suddenly, when I tried to skip the first cutscene. Sony tells that it can be fixed by installing latest version, but I already have. I hope, it would not happen again.

Also, it says that people who had this error code - got their saves corrupted, but mine was allright after that. 

I'm playing disk version.

By the way, while I launched the game Bethesda's logo at the beginning blinked once. Just strange. After relaunch of game it was normal.
