Hi, I recently bought a PS4 and the internet connection is terrible on it. I'm currently getting an average of 137 kbps download and a 82.1 kbps upload. At first I thought it may be an issue with my internet so I contacted my service provider and they ran through all the tests and said my internet was working perfectly and I should be able to use several devices in HD at once yet my ps4 wont work?? I have no issues on any other devices and so far Playstation have failed to get back to me. Can anyone help? I just want to know if its a problem with the console and if I need to take it back to the shop.
