Hi. Up until recently I've used my ps4 without any issue. Yesterday I bought the last of us and Until Dawn on disc and now it refuses to work. It will install both games fully and update them but when I attempt to play I get the message "Cannot start the application. The disc cannot be read. Make sure that the disc is not damaged or dirty." Both discs are brand new. I have tested this on older games as well and they don't work either now. At first I could access Until Dawn and play for maybe 15 minutes then it would crash with the "ce-34878-0" telling me the disc cannot be read. Now after fully initializing my PS4 I can't access the game at all. It will install but if I attempt to play it instantly tells me "Cannot start the application. The disc cannot be read".
I've had two error messages which don't show anymore they where "ce-32921-7" and "ce-34878-0". I got these in game but since I can't even access the games anymore these don't show. I have done just about everything I can think of - started in safe mode and rebuilt the database, uninstalled and re-installed, initialized the ps4, restored licenses, tilted the PS4 whilst the disc is in, checked that all software is up to date. Nothing has worked.
Can anyone help or has my console simply had it?
