Earlier today my brother tried to login to his account in my PS4 but he couldnt cuz someone changed the password in addition when he tried to reset his Password by E-mail he found that the hacker also changed his E-mail however he didn't get a verification message but he only got a message says that his E-mail has been successfully changed
i really don't know how did that happen he tried to contact PS support but nothing happened so far
