About a year ago in 2015 I have purchased The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (digital copy) for PS4 which I had played for some time, stopped playing and uninstalled the game knowing that it would be automatically saved to my library in order for me to install the game again should I want to play the game a different time. That time is now. However I am not happy with what I found when I -tried- to install it.
The library doesn't link me to a point where I can download it. Instead, they redirect me to the store so I can purchase it for another 50 euros instead which I find insane. I do not know how to solve this. I have restored my licenses (Tried that).
I need some answers how to fix this. I do not need the 'have you tried this', or the 'have you purchased the game' because I have tried everything that I could find, and yes, I have purchased the game. I'm not interested in re-purchasing a game that I should own and as you can read, I am quite upset.
If this issue doesn't get resolved and no solutions are found that inevitably lead me to being unable to play the game again, I will fill out a complaint to Playstation 4 demanding them to refund the 65 euro costing (At that time when it came out) game back to my account, so I can purchase another game from the same money instead. I do not purchase a game for a one-time download.
