I'm losing my patience with this "repair" service. I've bought the slim version when it came out 8 months ago, and since then it has broken down (no power) after 4 months, I sent it in and received a refurbished model, which then again broke down (no power) about a month ago. I received it "repaired" 4 weeks ago, only for it to not get any power anymore again about 2 weeks ago. So I sent my system in for a third(!!) time, and received it today in a "repaired" state. Well, it's broken again, on the same day, and doesn't turn anymore again.
It's all happened under the original warranty.
What the hell are they doing at their repair center?! Has anyone else had this much problems with their repair service in the UK? I'm absolutely fed up with this. It's ridiculous.
Does anyone know if I have any right to get my money back or actually receive a NEW model?
