PS4 Black Screen When Booting Up

When i start up my PS4 all i see is a black screen.

I cant press any buttons and after i turn it on and see the black screen the only way to turn the PS4 of is to disconnect it at the back of the PS4 and out of the plug socket 

Please Help.
