Battlefield 1 corrupted data

Hi all,
I am unable to play Battlefield 1 for longer than ten minutes without this error forcing me to close the application, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as rebuilding the database on my ps4. I have not found a solution to this problem and am unsure if it is the game or my ps4, which I upgraded the hard drive of 18 months ago and have not had any problems with it yet.
