Hi so my PlayStation froze all I could do was click the ps button and restart it so I did this and it didn't turn on just a loading screen it went off and I tried to load in safe mode but when the controller is connected and it says the press the ps button nothing happens it stays on that screen and the pad acts as though it's just on charge
