Hello all, I'm asking this on behalf of someone. He has just bought GTA V and cannot get the update file to download. Even when he tries to open the game to play offline he still gets the same error with no error code. A similar thing happened to me when trying to update but all I had to do was free up some space and restart the ps4. He has more space than I did but has tried this anyway. Still no joy. This is the second time it's happened, he even downloaded the game again but had no luck... Ps4 is also up to date. Any ideas please...
