Download speed changed

Hello people! 

My download and upload speed have changed the last couple of days. My PS4 is 2½ years old and have never had any problems before this - Internet have always been running nice - Not as fast as computer but still so there was not any trouble with it. I dont know what it's download and upload speed was before exacly but defo higher than it is now. 

Now it is on 230.3 kbps download and 1,2 mbps upload - It is the download that really annoys me though. I have as said never had problems with it before but now it takes soooooo long time for it to get into netflix and other movie/sport apps available on PS4 in my country and when it is there it loads pictures on the movies and such very slow. Just a few days ago it was totally fine - Getting into netflix and showing all pics in no time and so on - So guess what i wanna know is... Is it possible to get it back to my "old" speed again? Or is my PS4 just getting old so it stops working?
