Button Remap on 2nd controller not working

Hello,
Since a few months ago, in the settings, I changed my X key by L1 and it has worked very well.
Yesterday I tried to use my other two controllers and realized that the changes were not active for them, although I checked the settings for the changes. I tried to make the configuration again, but to no avail.
When I returned to the main control, the remapping was working.
How can I leave the remapping working for the other controllers?
