PS4 unresponsive then freezing

Hi,

Can anyone offer any help with my PS4 console, I had plugged it in today to find that it struggled to boot up and at one point did a scan of the drive and mentioned needing to reinstall the operating system.

Since then its been very unresponsive, and just freezes, its given me an error code of CE-41813-7.
