Hi,
I am having problems with one of our 2 ps4s. It suddenly has stopped giving audio completely and I have tried everything.
- I have turned the ps4/TV off and on (restarted ps4)
- checked cable was in properly.
- changed HDMI cable to one that works on the other ps4, no luck.
- plugged the no audio ps4 into second ps4s tv and it works.
- put ps4 into safe mode and restarted.
- plugged other devices into our tvs HDMI and they work.
- changed audio settings on the ps4
- switched between HDMI channels
No clue what else to try. Theres clearly nothing wrong with the ps4 if it works on another tv, just very confused to what it might be that is stopping the audio from working.
