just to start, this has been one of the worst experiences i have ever had with any console producers (yes worse than xbox360, so f you playstation) this problem started when i was emailed a wrong march 10£ code (it was from playstations email, and just to add some info i HAVE NOT gotten the code in my ps4 notifications) the code didn't contain 10 or 12 numbers but 11 so it didn't even work and i tried a couple of times more, i then went on the website and logged in then i tried to go on a live chat to resolve the issue as quick as possible... but ofcourse my account was logged off from the website for f*ck all reason (i didnt notice that before some time after) it said i needed to wright down all my id info, name ect. which i did correctly but when i pressed proceed or whatever the button says, it says it cant find my id even though i was just logged on with my account that had that id... i then try a few more times befor contacting playstationask on twitter (which by the way has ***** staff) i send them a tweet and two sub tweets on that tweet (one that even says live chat doesnt work) and i get no reply for a while (which is expectes, the disapointing thing is that they took people that tweeted at them an hour after me before me) they eventually tweeted at me saying follow us and send us a message which i did, next day (if i dont remeber wrong) i had gotten a generic copy pasted message basically saying contact live chat support even though my tweets (which they had read) say livechat doesnt work for me, i had also gotten a link saying that if i didnt live in north america i could select my country, i opend up a new tab and went on the website to log on, but loging on wouldnt work i was just permanently stuck on a redirceting page (my phone is a under a month old and its a samsung galaxy 7 and my internet is also very good so i know its not anything wrong on my part) i then try (without being logged in) to go on how to contact us but nothing will load so i cant even get the number to ps4 support for my country... can someone that works for sony/playstation and doesnt seem to be so f*cking incompetent please help me?
