After initializing my PS4 I have lost MWR

So basically the title, the game is nowhere to be found, I've already asked support and twitter and reddit and everything and I'm not really getting any answers other than stuff I've already tried (like renewing my licenses)

I won't get a response from support for probably another 24 hours (I messaged on Friday, it's Sunday now) and I can't call them tomorrow because I do not have any credit.

I own the physical copy of IW and have definitely already had MWR installed (8d+ played) but after initializing it is GONE from my library and I can't find anything about the game under my account online.

The only way I can find the game is by searching it on the store, but when I try to download it tells me it is unavailable because I do not possess the MW1 Remastered Token (so I've managed to lose the token that should have been tied to my account?

What can I do until I get a response? I'm really worried I've somehow lost the game which I thought wasn't possible with digital content.. :P I'd really appreciate any advice you have, thanks!
