PS4 is stuck on pressing X

Hi,

Sometimes when I go into the main PS4 menu, my PS automatically presses X without me doing anything on the controller. The weird thing is that this only happens in the playstation menus (friends, settings, trophies, etc..) and not in games. It happens with both of my controllers and I don't know what to do about it. The problem only goes away if I restart my PS4.
