Looking for some sensible advice please!
My grandma is having a bit of an issue with my Uncle at the moment. He is using his mobile phone to make purchases on his PS4 account, which at the moment is close to £150 or more each month. The issue is, that my grandma is the one who pays for it as the phone number he uses is in her name, but being a pensioner she simply can't afford it and my Uncle won't give her any money for it. We have tried speaking to the mobile network about it but they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard, and won't put any kind of bar on the phone because he's over 18. Have also tried emailing Sony but because we are not the owner of his account they won't speak to us. Obviously we have spoke to him to try and stop him from spending but he ignores us and this has been going on for over a year now. Does anyone know if there is anything more we can do to stop it, or a way we can speak to Sony about it without needing access to his PS4?
