NieR Automata Preorder not working.

Right so right off the bat this is going to sound really stupid but I accidentally deleted my game, now it had all of the pre order bonuses right? However I found upon redownloading the game, i cannot start my saves up anymore because I am missing the pre order bonuses as they won't re-install...

Even if i try to re-install the individual dlc, it takes me to the pre load/pre order screen saying it will be playable in a certain amount of time without any value in any of the respective time things...

So how the hell do i get my dlc back? Or am i completely ***** in this case and I have to start from the beginning..
I've spent so much time on my save already.. I will be soooo ***** if i can't play my save again..

if there's a solution on here, i haven't seen it so if you can help me out it'd be greatly appreciated.
