Witcher 3 GOTY language DLC

Hello,

I've bought Witcher 3 GOTY (CUSA 05574 7640354) from Amazon UK recently. I am living in UK but my mother tongue is Polish so I wanted to play with polish dubbing. The game box is contains information about polish voice-overs to be downloadable. Unfortunately I found there is no PL DLC lang pack available, not in-game options seem to work. I found not working PS store link on the internet.

Any chances to have that package back available?
