We haven't be able to log in to PSN for well over a week. We have tried everything suggested in all previous threads and google searches and nothing helps. We can log in to PSN on other accounts on this PS4 but for this account we cannot log in anymore we get the same error code every time.
It is not a problem with our network, everything reset rebooted, works fine and can log in with other accounts.
It is not a problem with the PSN status either globally or locally as the problem has persisted for more than a week and we can log in with other accounts.
Please help.
