Hi, I have moved to a new apartment and I have no possibility to use my PS4 with LAN cable plugged in. I am forced to use Wi-Fi connection. I have experienced error as in subject of this thread and have no idea why. Router is working just fine, my smartphone, tablet and laptop get internet connection. It's strange, cause sometimes I can play for a while and then I get kicked out of online game and after connection test, it says about the CE-33896-9 error. For example: today I played FIFA 17 for 20 minutes about 5 pm and then lost my connection. I gave it a break and tried again about 11 pm and it worked for 5 minutes and the same happened. Resetting and waiting few minutes router doesn't help. PS4 neither. When it works, I have a stable connection with speeds about 20 mb/s. It can't be a problem with PS4, cause it works well with my mobile hotspot. Did anyone have similar issues ans is able to help? Sorry about some mistakes, English is not my native language.
