my PS4 did the update as normal, went through what's new with the update, proceeded and waited for it to install and restart, except it didn't restart, it didn't even turn back on. Waited over 10 minutes and still nothing. I turned it off properly and tried turning it back on but it only beeps and flashes blue for a couple seconds then it just glows white with nothing displayed on the screen. I've literally tried everything but nothing is working.
