I write here as I am frustrating with Playstation (PS) support. It is basically impossible to get in contact with anyone or even address my issue with the troubleshooting.
Can someone help me at least addressing me to the right spot?
I bought a PS4 system with an additional DS4 for Christmas. Unfortunately R1 button of 1 DS4 is not working. It is not stuck, it just does not happen anything when you push it. I tried to bring the DS4 to the shop where I bought it (I have the bill) but they said it is not their duty to change it. They said I should contact SONY and PS.
I tried to access the chat at PS but I could not enter as the software does not recognise my PSN ID (I realised that the chat was for America only and I live in Sweden). So, no chat.
I tried to insert the bar code number of my DS4 in one section of the swedish website of PS. It led to some troubleshooting which failed. At the end of the procedure, surprisingly, PS website said my DS4 was out of warranty which thing is not true as I bought it not even 3 months ago and I have the bill.
Please, could someone tell me if there is any possibility to get in contact with someone at the support. I do not want necessarily a new DS4, it is enough a repair.
