GTAV Tesco Promotional Codes Not Showing

Hi - I purchased GTAV from Tesco Direct late last year and have been trying to redeem £2.5 million in-game money downloadable content codes which came with the game as a promotion. I logon to PlayStation Network and use the Redeem codes option, enter the codes and it appears to be accepted. But how do I get access to the money? I can't see them in the game. Please help/advise.
