My ps4 was off like 2 weeks and now I'm tried to go online when the PS 4 up it's says sing into PSN... I writed the code and it's says my I'd or pass incorrect I've tried again and same error I've tried restore the password but it's told no access on that email... And I've tried to create new account at PSN on the same email and it worked but now, when I try to log in it's says Cannot sign in using another player's sign-in Id but this is my PSN I've used all the time on the same profile, and it's making now this problems, how do I fix this mass? Help me please I'm not going create new user I've got alot achievement and game saves also my Facebook and friends list... Please help me to log in on my user to my PSN account
