PS4

I've had my PS4 for about 2 and 1/2 years. It's been fine until recently, but now when I play every now and then it will shut itself down (by that I mean it will freeze, my controller stops working, I disconnect from the internet) until I turn my PS4 off and unhook it then hook it back up. Then it acts like it's fine.
