So my nephews PS4 has a problem, He was playing it earlier, went for a break and turned it off. He came back, turned it on and all his stuff was gone. No profiles or anything. He can create new users and go as guest but when he does sign in the PS4 completely freezes when loading the dashboard can't even turn it off via the power button. He's asked me to try fix it but I don't have much knowledge. Anyone had this problem?
Also.. Tried entering Safe Mode. Just won't do it, just turns off the PlayStation
Tried removing hard drive and then putting it back in to try to get to safe mode. Don't work.
Any help?
