Me and another user have an issue with two other psn users. The whole thing started two days ago. My friend received a message in which she was insulted by one of the user (she had just entered a payday2 match and this user was playing in this match with his friend), then the user invited her in a group with his friend and he started bullying her. Then, after she left the group, immediately he added her again. The day after he threaten her and then he reported her messages. Today i wrote to him with the attempt to tell him he was wrong about all the situation. He sent me an inappropriated photo, he said he was an psn employee and he said to not report him. Meanwhile he added me in a group with his friend and, after i reported a message sent by his friend, his friend started reporting my messages without reason. I've reported all the messages/photo against the playstation code but they are not stopping sending messages. For example, he sent a violent photo 5 minutes ago. I need some help because i don't know what to do next.
