Is anybody else having problems with their ps4 pro not responding,lagging , have e-mailed playstion which wasn't helpful at all got a generic response .(put into safemode rebuild database )Which was one of the things I said to them in the original e-Mail.That 3 times last week I'd put into safemode and rebuilt it.(kinda like they didn't even read it) I'm having to pull the the plug out to turn it off or restart it,just sits at the blue shutting down screen for ages(Thought I'd leave it to see how long it would take and pulled the plug out after 20 mins of blue screen) This is probably the worst console I've ever owned (I've had ps1 and ps2 ,n64,dreamcast ,xbox, and several xbox 360's) Can anybody suggest anything ,thanks :-)
