The Last Guardian Stuck at 99+ Hours Left

To Whom It May Concern:

I recently purchased The Last Guardian and it appears to have downloaded and installed successfully. I've been able to play it just fine until I get the following message:

Downloading application data...

8.888 GB/9.567 GB (99+ Hours Left)

It remains stuck on this message and I can't continue with gameplay.

I've done the following:

1. Network settings checked out okay
2. Speed: 180 Mbps Download/16 Mbps Upload
3. PSN Connection is good
4. Pause Download is not available
5. No URL or IP blocking/filtering on router
6. Rebooted PS4
7. Rebooted Router
8. Rebooted Cable Modem

Please advise on other solutions. Thanks
