I haven't been able to change my Profile Picture on PS4 for nearly a week now!
I have been able to change my PS4 Profile Picture before February 2017 but now I can't, it won't even let me delete the current one or use my Avatar instead.
I had thought that my picture had initially been suspended from having a picture but it continues to use the "current" one.
I can't upload a new one
I can't delete the current one
I can't set my Avatar as the Profile Picture
All it does on the PS App is says "Cannot change your profile picture", most of the time there's no loading time before the message after pressing "OK" to change.
And when I try and change my Profile Picture on my PS4 itself I can't select PlayStation App and it's always set to being the Avatar (despite not setting it to that picture).
Anyone got any help for me here?
